Why am I unable to sign in, I have always had the same email address not I have this issue?

Unable to sign in. Says my email address is wrong!

I've always used the same email address. Today trying to sign in to Verizon email, says it's wrong. Been having difficulty signing in past few days. Why didn't they just leave it alone & keep it simple. I hate verizon!!!!!!!!

I would recommend giving Verizon customer service a call if you are sure that you aren't typing your email address or password incorrectly.
