sugessition help regarding ios 4.3.3 apps

hi guys
if anyone can suggest me an app to accept only few known calls but the problem is that i have ios 4.3.3 version and i cant update. also iphone 4 is jailbroken.
any help will be appreciated

I can't, and it's likely that apps designed to do what you're seeking have been updated to work with newer version of iOS.
