How do I find my videos not downloaded from iTunes?

I downloaded a video from [redacted], but now I can't find it on the ipad just online, even after downloading. Where am I supposted to go to find my videos?

What app did you use to download the video? You can check the app you used, if applicable, the Camera Roll or the native Videos app.
