Why is back up from cloud taking 24 hours

I've a new iPhone 5. Backed up from my iPhone 4 sim using the cloud. Transfered my sim to new phone 24 hours ago. Everything seems to be on my new phone but it is still saying restoring from iCloud back. Help please

I experienced something like that once. Are you sure it's all there?
If so, you might consider resetting the device.
