how do i get the rest of my photos?

i recently upgraded to the iphone 6+ and before i upgraded i checked to make sure my icloud was backed up it said it was. so i upgraded and only got a few of my photos back. how do i get them back?

did all your other apps and stuff restore ok? If it doesn't take too long I might try the restore option again
