    You can change the signature on emails, but there is no signature on messages like iMessage and SMS. You could use the shortcuts feature to put in a signature, but that's all. To change your signature on emails, go to Mail, Contacts, Calendars>Scroll down to Signature. Tap there and change to suit your needs.

    If the recipients have your phone number in their contact list, they will know you sent the message.
