Siri only adds first name

When making an appointment with Siri it only adds the first name where it used to add both names. For example if I say "schedule appointment Monday 10 AM with Bob Jones", it makes the appointment with Bob, you then have to edit it to add the last name.

I just tested it on my iPhone 6 and it auto adds the last name to my appointment. I used the exact wording you used above.
