activating iphone 5 without sim, is there really a true answer to this?

i did a master reset on my iphone 5, just like what im doin before in my previous iphones. Im in Dubai right now, when I arrived here thatsonly the time that i've realized that my iphone was locked in globe..

hi there bro..tnx for the prompt reply.. I didnt have the globe sim here..but I am planning to buy a globe roaming sim here in dubai..will that help? thanks in advance
