Why is my Iphone 5 buzzing and restarting all the time and won't charge?

I recently installed a screen and battery. The phone will not charge. A third party charger was used. Help, what can I do if anything.

I would disassemble the phone and re inspect all components ensuring all connectors are seated properly and everything is snug is it an oem screen or just a knockoff? Sounds like something is not plugged in inside which can happen given how small the terminals are.
