I had tried to remember the passcode from when I updated my iPad air, but wasn't successful. so I tried the quick fix. It says to connect iTunes. How do I do that? and please help me enable it because I need it because I am visually disabled

You can plug in into iTunes or your PC or Mac and restore it if thats what you mean?

If you do not have access to a computer bring your iPad to the Apple Store they can restore the device and help you get situated.
