    I updated my 4i to the new 8i app and cannot open my mail! When I touch the "mail" to open, the screen flickers and the mail does not open. What can I do!

    Welcome to iMore! Explain exactly! Did you upgrade from an iPhone 4 to...What? There is no iPhone 8. Not sure what you did. You have iOS 8? On what device? Regardless, try a hard reset. Hold the top power/sleep button and the home button at the same time until the Apple logo appears, then release.
