My Ipad is frozen while uploading ICloud Drive update. How do I unfreeze it?

It is frozen on the Terms and Conditions screen. Nothing happens when I push Agree or Disagree.

If you can't do ANYTHING on the screen, try holding down the power/lock button when the home button until the screen turns on. Then reboot it.

If it still doesn't work after doing that, you'll have to plug your iPad into the computer and restore it through iTunes.
