Will the 8.0.2 install even if you didn't install 8.0.1?

install 8.0.2 even if you didn't install 8.0.1?

I went from 8.0.0 to 8.0.2 (I wish I could learn to be more restrained with updates) and now have crackling on the phone line. Anyone else?

iOS 8.0.2 is running great on my 5s. Try resetting the network settings. Go to settings>reset>reset network settings.
