Drop iPhone 5s into water, will it ever work again?

I drop my phone in water, I didn't use it for a week for to dry out. Then I replace my old battery with anyone and cleaned out the motherboard with alcohol. Now there is still no respond but i can see a little dim apple logo in the screen when using a flashlight. Pleace I need help !!!!!

I hate to be the bearer of bad news but you need to go get a new phone. Hopefully you had Apple care or some sort of warranty through your provider
