How can I retain my music when I create a new Apple ID to use?

My husband and I used one applied and shared music. We just went to iphone6 and I was told to set up my own appleid. I lost ALL my music!! So, I signed in using my husband's appleid and had to re-download all the music from the cloud. If I change the applied to the new one I set up, will I lose the music again? I don't want to keep using mb to download over and over again, but would like to set this up correctly and use family sharing. I think I have to sign in using my own applied, set up sharing and re-download - hoping there is an easier way without losing it all again?? BTW - we cannot sync and use our computer because we do not have internet - syncing is definitely not an option. Thanks so much!

You can do it two ways... one is set up FamilyShare... or, you can keep using the original AppleID for iTunes/AppStore purchases, and you'd use your AppleID for iCloud email, etc.
