Ios8 messenger issues

In messenger can't rename group text ......also can't add or remove anyone.... Doesn't give me the option anyone else have this problem

Welcome to iMore! I have not noticed any issues with FB Messenger. I was able to delete someone with no problem. I have not used the "Group" feature. But all else works fine. You might try deleting the app and reinstalling it back.
