    i am trying to downgrade my ios 8 to ios7.1.2 for my 4s but when i try it says firmware not compatible what can i do any solution?? i got the latest i tunes and i got correct firmware for my device !!

    Believe Apple has already closed 7.1.2, no going back at this time.
