OS 10.9.5 - iOS 8 Safari Bookmarks - iTunes 11.4

I am anal about my Safari bookmarks...everything placed in alphabetized folders.

I have always used iTunes to sync my Safari bookmarks across all of my devices, now that feature appears to be missing in latest version (11.4).

iCloud syncing of bookmarks is terribly destructive...duplicates, triplicates, and no way of editing within iCloud.com

iCloud System Prefs...Safari turned off on my phone and turned off on my mac.

I want to sync my safari bookmarks via iTunes as opposed to iCloud. That is the way I have been doing it for years.
It appears that iTunes is no longer giving me that option.

ETA: After doing some research it appears that the option to sync bookmarks via iTunes went away back in the fall of 2013. iCloud is the only option now.
