Is there a way of making the fonts larger in gmail?

Is there a way of making the fonts larger in gmail. I haven't found how to expand the emails (by expanding with the index and thumb), nor how to darken or enlarge the fonts size. So small I am unable to read my emails.

Are you using the official Gmail app for iOS, the native Mail app or are you logged in to Gmail via a web browser?
