Spotlight aint working as expected in iOS8

[iMore Question]

Spotlight in iOS 8 brings in contextual and location awareness, but none of it seems to work in my phone :/
I also tried one of their test keywords like 'Point Reyes' and 'SF Giants' but all i get is search the web and search wikipedia..
Any guesses why this is happening?
