There seems to be no way on iOS itself, but you can download iCloud for PC (through iTunes) and sync it from there.

You don't need Safari on your PC for that.
Just get iTunes (if you don't have it already) and download iCloud from there.
Then log in, choose your browser and let the magic happen.

So i will just log in to icloud in iphone and pc?Do i need to stay logged in on iphone after sync?
Also will it sync automaticly during times?

You're welcome, but I have no answers to the other questions because I haven't used it much after syncing once.

You'll probably need iCloud on PC to remain active, and I suppose it'll only sync when it does a WiFi iTunes sync - but that's just an assumption.
