Sign out of iCloud, iMessage and FaceTime on YOUR devices and create a new iCloud account for yourself. Afterwards, login to the aforementioned with your new information.

You can also go into iMessage settings on your Mac & iPhone & uncheck your son's phone number. I had my phone like this for a while so I could monitor my daughter's apps when she was younger.

You can still share the Apple iTunes ID, but you need separate iCloud, iMessage, and FaceTime ID's.
