How do I restore my photos icon?

I can only assume that something got corrupted. First, try rebooting the device to see if the Photo app icon restores itself. If not, you can try going to Settings - General - Reset and then select "Reset all settings". If that doesn't work, backup your device and then connect it to iTunes to restore it. Alternatively, you can go to Settings - General - Reset and then select "Erase All Contents and Settings".
