Is the 1st Gen iPad iPad Mini (Non Retina) Still worth it for $200?

I have been shuffling around my electronics lately and have found myself tablet-less. I am a very light tablet user, but I still need one for traveling and occasionally around the house. I use a tablet for basic web browsing and netflix/hulu and that is about it. A few games, but nothing crazy in terms of graphics (that is what my XBONE is for ). My question is, is the non retina ipad mini still worth is by today standards, but specifically for $200 new?

As you can see Best Buy has them for $200 new. And 16gb is more than enough for my tablet needs.

If your needs are as you say then yes I think it would be a great buy for you. If only I was there, i'd buy it and I already have an iPad!
