After resetting my device, I am unable to view images via email. Can you help?

Hi hope you can help. My iPad Air was taking a longer time to boot up so I did the ten second reset. However when I try to view some pictures now in Safari I have lost the pictures. For instance I have an email sent to me with properties for sale, I can see the text but not the pictures.
Can anyone help me to get it back to how it should be?

Go to Settings - Mail, Contacts, Calendars and then scroll down to the "Mail" section. Afterwards, enable to "Load Remote Images" tab.

Also make sure you have a solid connection via LTE or WiFi. This will also allow images to be downloaded and viewed. If not you will just see the attachment and text.....
