what will happen if i delete my i cloud account? whether all the app data will remain in the storage or all will get deleted?

iCloud is not a storage feature or service. It just backs up what's on your phone. If you delete something from your phone, it will no longer be in iCloud after the next update. If you turn auto update off, your stuff should still be in the account. You could see it if you logged in to iCloud on a computer. But, nothing new would get backed up. If you delete the account from your phone, I'm not sure what happens.

You can delete the iCloud account and local data from your devices and then you can logon to the iCloud website and delete your data from there.
