How can I get iTunes to detect my iPhone 3GS?

HELP..
Could you somebody help me in my problem?
iTunes can 't regognise my iPhone 3Gs a week ago..
I try to reinstall iTunes but nothing happend..
My iPhone is working perfect, iTunes is working perfect too...
But I can 't see my iPhone in Devices in iTunes, so I can 't do anything..
I would be very happy if someone help me..

Did you try another cable?
Did you try another USB port?
Did you try another computer to see if it gets recognized?
