When trying to create an iCloud account, it says maximum number reached for the device. What can I do?

when i creat icloud account with using my apple id its shows maximum of free account opened from this device what is solution for creating icloud?

Unless something has changed, you are allowed up to 3 iCloud accounts per device so I'm "assuming" you've reached your limit.

D is correct. You can use ANY email address as your iCloud account ID, but Apple limits each device to 3 free ***.icloud.com email addresses.
