Is your device jailbroken? Stock iOS doesn't allow the clock to be deleted.

The only way to delete Apple's stock apps would be if you were jailbroken. Are you? If so, and you really did delete the Clock app, you are going to have to restore the device and then redo your jailbreak.

If you are not jailbroken, you could not have actually removed the Clock app. You may have hidden it in a folder. Try searching for Clock in Spotlight.

Yes, as others have said. Only if you are jailbroken could you delete the clock app and even then you would have to jump through quite a few hoops to do so. it's not an easy thing to do accidentally.

I rather suspect you have hidden the app inside a folder.
