Hi All,

I'm looking to buy a new MacBook Pro 15" retina, but don't know which model to get.

My use case is mostly playing TV-Shows and HD-Movies while underway with my semi-truck

I don't know which model is better for playing the tv-shows and hd-movies, is the intel Iris Pro graphics sufficient or is it better to go for the Nvidia Gforce graphics .

I can live with the smaller sad (256GB) as i'm currently only using 200GB on the hdd of my old MBP 17".

Hope for some good advise.

The Iris Pro is more then enough for playing movies. No need to waste money on getting a model with a dedicated graphics card if watching movies is all you need. You can use the savings to upgrade your SSD which will be useful considering movies take up a lot of gbs.
