I phone 5 replace battery

I just replaced the battery in my I phone 5. Now that I turn it on, the "Apple image" blinks off and on slowly.

What does that mean?

I don't know. Is it still blinking slowly or have you booted to your home screen? If the problem persists, try retracing your steps and make sure you did everything correctly.
