Siri and Reminders

I invoked Siri to create a new reminder and it completed the task but the reminder doesn't show up in my Reminders. I use a iPad Air, iPhone 4s, and MacBook all with the latest so release, and I use iCloud exclusively. Where could have Siri saved the reminder

Hi. Did you confirm that you wanted it added? Sometimes I forget the second step (Siri says "Here is your reminder. Shall I create it?") and it doesn't get added to my default reminders list.
