    Hello
    I keep getting a message saying that errors occurred and I should "choose
    Tools>Download Only and try installing manually." This would be a lot more helpful if I knew where "tools" was. Does anybody know?

    Update, I just tried to just download a whole new itunes and this time it says should verify that I have sufficient priviliges (which I just had to type out because in 2014 you still can't copy those popup messages) but it doesn't say how to verify

    Can you give a bit more info? Are you using a PC or a Mac? And if you are having problems usually downloading iTunes right from the Apple website helps.
