What is your experience with wallet case for iPhone?

I like the idea of carrying my phone and wallet in one piece since I can never leave any one of them behind. I have been using a flip cover folio case for my iPhone, but it doesn't really serve the purpose I looked for, and the flip cover is quite annoying. I want to hear from you guys for better options of wallet case.

Welcome to iMore! I have no experience with a wallet case. They don't look protective enough for me.

I've never used a wallet case. I use a Seidio Surface, it offers good protection for my needs.

Used one on my iPhone 5, found on a reduced rack, didn't last very long. The flip was very annoying.When closed could not see notifications.
Wasn't for me.
