Pangu issue! cydia opens in small window

I jailbroke my iphone 4s and followed all the steps and when i tried to open cydia it comes up in a tiny window in the middle ... Why does it do this , ive tried restarting the phone in safe mode with the up volume button but it still opens the same way ... What do i do?
