How can I transfer contacts from old iPhone to my new one without Wi-Fi?

IPhone 4s has no wifi access as wifi button greyed out, have upgraded to new 5s but cannot work out how to transfer contacts etc as unable to back up with no wifi access, any suggestions for Help !

Can't you use iTunes?

You should be able to sign in to your Apple ID and if you use I cloud all your contacts should come back. Check under iCloud in settings to make sure you are signed in and have contacts turned on.
