jailbreak themes cydia 7.1.2 after pangu 1.1 jailbreak

I am trying to install complete themes in changes and they do not fully load. i have rasping them in winterbaoard countless times. The lockscren and the springboard (home screen do not change. I have I phone 5. I downloaded the evasion jailbreak for pang 7.1.1
