    My I pad is going hairy. All my E mail is suddenly arriving as doubles, my video down loads are extremely slow and my clans
    H of titans will not download. This all happened at the same time.

    Try rebooting your device. Or fixing the issues one by one, like readding your mail account in the settings. Or checking with your ISP about your download speeds.

    As stated above. Hold in both buttons until the apple logo comes up. That will restart the device and usually fixes most issues. If not let us know.
