    hi, my iphone 4s is able to connect wifi. any possibilities to down load google chrome with out signing in icloud?

    Not to my knowledge. You need to install apps on to the iPhone via the Apple App Store. Now this being said it MAY be possible to jailbreak your device and then be able to install app via this program called Cydia, but it is a complicated process and not one to be undertaken by the iPhone novice.

    You should be able to download Google Chrome from the App Store via the following link:

    https://appsto.re/us/NVp8F.i

    Your "iCloud" ID has nothing to do with your Apple ID for the iTunes/App Store unless they're both identical.

    I'm going to assume that this is what they actually meant. He would like to install the app and likely forgot the ID/Password.
