My phone tells me 'MMS messaging needs to be enabled' to send on contact details.

Create a contact for yourself with the information you wish to share as a business vCard. Then to share that vCard, scroll down to "Share Contact" and tap that. You can share it iMessage, SMS or email.

If you have a business logo, you can put that in the profile photo.

You can turn MMS on in settings>Messages>Toggle MMS on.
