Transferring videos from iphone to macbook back to iphone

So I imported videos that I recorded onto my macbook and then deleted them from my iphone, now I want to put those videos back onto my phone? How can I do that without having to put them onto itunes? I would like for them to appear back in my photo library

You could always drop your videos into dropbox and then from the dropbox app save the videos to your camera roll (effectively putting them back)
