How to delete an icloud account using ifile

Is there anyway to do this? i bought an iphone 5S off someone. everything is great but their account is still on here and i need it off. im sure its possible to delete their account using ifile but i need to know where to go, please help!

Ask the person you bought it from to log out of the account.
