I have a Facebook group and I received a text from this member. It seems they were compromised and any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I don't have access to the email I use for Facebook & my security question is changed & the ask a friends help won't work.... Your my last hope b4 I start ALL over again...... If ya say **** off xxxx you're insane I get it! A y help would be a godsend "
