How can I get this Palm universal wireless keyboard to work with my iPhone 5S?

I just discovered this keyboard in my closet. I inserted the CD and it said I needed a program to open a v113.prc. it is a unix executable file but I can't find an app to open it. Any suggestions?

If it is not a Bluetooth keyboard, I doubt it will work with your iPhone 5S.
