I forgot the restrictions code to my iPad. Is there any way to recover or change it without losing all my current info?

You're going to have to perform a factory restore to remove the restrictions passcode.

The only way to get around this is to restore the device. You do have your data backed up, right?

I am backed up to the Cloud. And I can back up to my desktop. But, if I reset and then update to retrieve my data, will the passcode come back?

Set a new password for restrictions before you restore the backup.
