Why is iTunes putting deleted music back on my device?

i deleted all my songs off of my iphone and plug my iphone into the computer and all my songs on itunes have started going on my phone when i didn't want them to and i have sorted the autofill settings before and it's still doing it,help!

I'm not sure what you mean by, "sorted the autofill settings...". But the music stays on your purchased list even if you delete them off your phone. If you don't want to see them on your songs list, then go to Settings>Music>Toggle off "Show All Music". See photo. Let us know if this helps.
