About over I phone listening music

I have A1332 EMC380A 4Gb memory card.But unfortunately I cannot listen music over I Phone.Probably Needs format.Because cannnot see add.4Gb on the screen...Does anyone haow? Thanks

iPhones can not use memory cards. they have internal memory and you sync your music using iTunes (or other programs if on windows )
Google is your friend.
You bought/have an iPhone 4 that is nearly 4 years old. It most likely has very little internal memory (8GB?)
