Who asked you to update? Updating a device is a choice that only YOU can make.
Because I have read elsewhere that you are alerting consumers to make a backup before updating iOS.
Yes, I am indeed recommending that people backup their devices before updating their iOS version. If you frequent this forum as much as I do and see all of the lost photos, videos, music, contacts, and other data that people post about that could have been saved if they had backed up their devices, you'd understand why I recommend they backup their devices.
Please help us for the above query ASAP.
