All of my mods disappeared after rebooting my recently jail token phone. What can I do?

I recently jailbroke my 5s 7.1.2 and it worked perfectly fine . I shut my phone off when it came back on all my jailbreak mods where gone but I still have cydia and some apps what do I do

Same thing happened to me earlier. I'm no jailbreak genius, and I don't know if this is the best way to go about it, but all I did was restart springboard again and I was good.

I did that like 30000 times lol nothing . So now I'm trying to delete all my sources and tools and re download some
