Syncing google account on Iphone 5c with PC Outlook

I have over 30 thousand emails in my Iphone inbox because I only manage my gmail email account through Outlook on my PC. How can I sync my email management on Outlook (delete, folders, etc) to my Iphone 5C? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Go to Settings - Mail, Contact, Calendars - Add Account - Google and then enter your Google credentials. Gmail is no longer my primary email account, however, all of the folders I have associated with it are all present and viewable on my iPhone. Give it a try. They'll either be present or they won't.
